1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1TB of coconut flour
2 bars of dark chocolate 70%
Ground the walnuts, stir in the coconut flour and the peanut butter. Blend all together using the hand blender until it's smooth.
I am usually using the small boxes from take-away Chinese food to store these protein bars in the freezer:-) as the size is absolutely perfect to cut it for about 15pc of the bars.
Once the mixture is ready, melt the chocolate over the low heat. Spoon the mixture into the box and spread the melted chocolate on the top. Cover with the top of the box and store in the freezer.
Quick and healthy. Exactly the way I love it.
