Here I am again with my new TFSnack Tiramisu bites. No more need of classic portions of the desert. This one give you more than you can imagine. It's dense and full of good and healthy nutritions. Just a small bite is what your body really needs.
Portions: 12 mini tiramisu bites
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER:
- 1 cup of grounded almonds ( walnuts can be used too)
- 1 cup of dates (soaked in hot water for 5-10min)
- 1 TBsp of organic raw CACAO powder (classic cocoa powder contains sugar)
- 1 tsp of instant espresso coffee
- pinch of sea salt
Blend all together and until the texture is nicely sticky and spoon them into the silicone mini form or muffins forms, alt. you can spread the texture into the small plastic box and put it into the freezer while we prepare the top layer.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOP LAYER:
- 1 1/2 cup of cashew (soaked in the water at least 4hours)
- 1/2 cup of canned coconut cream
- 1/4 melted coconut oil
- 1/4 homemade honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- pinch of sea salt
Blend all together in the food processor or blender and spread the texture on the top of the prepared layer.
Sift gently the top of the bites with the cacao.
Freeze for 30min and then store in the fridge.
