Sesame balls

Incredibly dense and nutritional small energy balls with tahini & dates without any other sugars, rolled in sesame seeds ready in 10min. One ball will give you enough of nourishment for your temple, for your body. When you acknowledge the fact you are literally giving yourself what is needed, automatically your body will give you the instructions how much is optimal to eat.

Just be in the connection with yourself and the nature. Not with anything around you, be within you.


Ingredients:

- 150g dates (soaked in hot water for 10min)

- 1 cup of walnuts (blended first into the flour)

- 1 1/2 TBsp organic raw CACAO

- 1 1/2 TBsp of tahini

- 1 1/2 TBsp of melted coconut oil

- 1 tsp of vanilla essence

- pinch of salt


Method:

Blend all together in the food processor and create small balls (12-15). For a nutritive and decorative touch, roll the balls in the sesame seeds or shredded coconut optionally. Keep them in the fridge and let them first to settle firmly.


Do not let yourself thinking you are a slave of the external world and food which makes us ''addicted'' 'cause we are not! It's just your way of perceiving that fact.Follow the nature. Use more what the nature is giving us. The nature wants us to be in the balance. When we are not craving for the processed sugars anymore, which have got nothing to do with the nature btw., you will realise how free you are. These processed sugars are giving you just the fake burst of the energy for the short period of time, but the result is contrariwise overall.


Keep it simple and be in the balance with the nature.
