These sessions are NOT based on quick transformations and aggressive way of treating of our physical bodies. Every training is about learning and understanding of the movement which is essential for our body and changing the way of looking at the food as a primary effect of our daily functioning.
I have been practicing yoga one-on-one with Lucy in her private studio several times a week for a couple of months now and I am just so impressed and so happy with her methods, style and manner of teaching. I can see how each session builds on the last, how she's tailored it to my abilities and needs, and how I'm continually growing and evolving and improving each week. Yoga is about so much more than the physicalities we imagine and Lucy is an exceptional guide for anyone at any stage of their yoga journey. I'm learning so much every day.
