💫1package of mix dried fruit : dates, figs, apricots
💫1/2cup of grounded pumpkin seeds
💫1/2cup of grounded sunflower seeds
💫1/2cup of grounded sesame seeds
💫1/4cup of coconut oil
Soak the dried fruit in hot water for 5-10min and blend with the ingredients above. Using a teaspoon scoop up a spoonful of the mixture and roll into a walnut sized ball in the palms of your hands. And the end roll the balls either in shredded coconut or sesame seeds or anything you like.
Alcohol free Irish cream
2 cans of coconut milk
50ml of cold espresso
2tbsp of honey
1tsp of organic cocoa powder
1tsp of vanilla essence
Vegan Food flavour with Irish cream essence
Blend all together and store in the fridge.
