INGREDIENTS
- 150g oats biscuits
- 10 dates soaked in hot water for 10min (keep the water, we will use it)
- 130ml canned coconut milk
- 1tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
METHOD
- ground in the blender the biscuits with 3tbsp of water from the dates and spoon the mixture into the plastic box.
- blend together dates with milk, peanut butter and cocoa powder and spread it onto the biscuits mixture.Close the box and put it into the freezer. Allow it to cool at least 5-7h, before you start to serve it. I usually cut it into the small 12-15 pieces.
