Lucy is an amazing teacher, she’s motivational, she fine-tunes and personalises training sessions, and provides so much more advice outside of training, such as self-care for the mind and nutritional advice. She goes above and beyond in everything she does and now that she’s entered my life, I can’t imagine life without her.

I have been practicing yoga one-on-one with Lucy in her private studio several times a week for a couple of months now and I am just so impressed and so happy with her methods, style and manner of teaching. Yoga is about so much more than the physicalities we imagine and Lucy is an exceptional guide for anyone at any stage of their yoga journey. I'm learning so much every day. Absolutely quality personal trainer. Lucy is such a great trainer, she pushes you when you need to be pushed but is also completely understanding of your body and mentality. She tailors her training and nutrition to your needs; whether it's weight loss, general fitness or even becoming mentally stronger. She teaches stillness and breathing techniques which gives you a clearer mind. Lucy's knowledge and understanding allows the training and nutrition to seamlessly become part of your lifestyle leading to a healthier and even better outlook in life (in my case anyway).
Since working with Lucy, I feel 1000 times better, physically and mentally, I'm exercising more and eating cleaner and I'm enjoying every part of it. I do not regret one bit picking Lucy to be my personal trainer. Definitely recommend
